  1. Make sure you eat enough for breakfast! Also read the labels as well, there can be a TON of hidden sugars and oils in pre-packaged foods. You would be better off eating a couple egg whites, oatmeal sweetened with raw honey or stevia, and some fruit! Also, be careful if you’re a coffee drinker, try to avoid a lot of creamer and sugar! Good luck with your weight loss journey 🙂
